STEP TWO CHANGE YOUR STATE
Through a combination of physical exercises and daily practices, we will begin to change how you feel about yourself and what is possible. While this program is individualized, this will typically include two days a week, a short daily routine to perform, and weekly check-ins. Our goal is to change your physical strength and confidence and change what you focus on to be ready for step two in the breakthrough experience.

Change Your Story
On your journey to a breakthrough, we will continue using the physical to unlock other areas of life and build healthy habits of focus that set the stage for step two. Building on these first two stones, we will begin working on excavating and revising your life story. How you see yourself and what you believe about God, yourself, and the world shape in everything that you do and much of what happens to you. We will be taking a deep dive into understanding who you are, who God is, and the nature of reality during this phase in your breakthrough experience.

Once you have learned how to get into a positive state and tell yourself a more empowering story about your life, you are ready to create a strategy for transformation, put it into action, and develop a system that keeps you on the path to a breakthrough. Through discussions, both informal and structured, we will help you craft this highly individualized part of your experience and will provide accountability as you begin to implement it.
